Cinnamon Apple Instant Pot Oats - THM E Meal

What are your favorite fall recipe flavors? Do you prefer the pumpkin spice? Or are you more of a Cinnamon Apple kind of person? Me personally I enjoy ALL the fall flavors and I love cooking this time of year! So I can't wait to share with you this super, simple, quick and easy breakfast I've created. This recipe is great for those busy mornings when you need to make something hot, hearty and delicious but you have zero time to actually be in the kitchen this is the perfect satisfying oatmeal. This is a dump and cook kind of recipe! Throw the ingredients in the instant pot, put the lid on, set it and forget it! Simple as that!


Ingredients: 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup quick cook steel cut oats 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (original or vanilla) (UAM) 3 cups water 3/4 tsp mineral salt - I love this one! 1 1/2tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp apple pie spice 4 doonks pure stevia 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet 1Large or 2 small apples (depending on brand and size)


Instructions:

Add both oats, UAM, water and salt to the pot, put the lid on and set to porridge for 5 mins. Allow to NPR for 10 mins then quick release give a stir before adding in the sweeteners, spices and apple!


Notes:

I have used honey crisp and Jonathan apples both are excellent in this recipe!
